We are currently hiring for a General Laborer at our manufacturing g shop located in Fairfield, Maine. If you’re interested in growing with us, we would love to have you be part of our team.
Be a team player, and work as a team player with a goal of 100% customer satisfaction. Able to work with other departments in a professional manner.
Keep your area tidy, housekeeping is very important. Contributes efforts to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Must be able to work at a good steady pace. Supervised and unsupervised at times.
Must be open to change and willing to learn. Our business is always expanding and growing and we need people that are willing to adapt and grow with us.
Punctual attendance is MUST and critical to our day-to-day business operations.
Must adhere to all company policies and safety standards.
Reports damage to equipment, inventory, or property to immediate supervisor the day it occurs.
Perform tasks deemed necessary by management staff. Able to listen and follow directions.
Ability to read, understand, pay particular attention to detail and act upon written directions.
Must be self-motivated and able to communicate in a respectful manner.
Ability to repeatedly lift objects up to 80 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist repeatedly throughout the workday.
Working in the shop can be hot in the summer and in the winter, it can be a bit cooler, as products are always moving in and out. Must be able to handle the heat and cold when necessary.
This position is performed in our shop and subject to the use of hazardous machinery and hazardous chemicals. All staff must adhere to all safety guidelines.

Sand Blaster

We are currently hiring for an experienced Sandblaster at our manufacturing shop located in Fairfield, Maine. If you’re interested in fabricating our products and growing with us, we would love to have you be part of our team.

Must be familiar with operating and driving a forklift, company training will be provided to update your certificate. Qualified candidates will need to be cleared to wear a respirator; respirator fit testing will be provided by the company. Please note that during certain times you may be asked at to help out in other areas if needed.

Along with being a Sandblaster for us, you need to also be familiar with and understand the following:

CAD Designer

We are currently hiring for a CAD Designer at our manufacturing shop located in Fairfield, Maine. If you’re interested in fabricating our products and growing with us, we would love to have you be part of our team.
Must have extensive knowledge of CAD and be able to think outside the box with creativity. Duties include, but not limited to regular simple maintenance of CNC plasma table, keeping area clean of debris, and helping out in other areas if there is down time. Being a team player is a must as you will be working closely with the fabricators. Qualified applicants need a background in JD Squared table, Draft Site, Plasma Cutting, and fabrication.

Metal Fabricator

We are currently hiring for a Metal Fabricator at our manufacturing shop located in Fairfield, Maine. If you’re interested in fabricating our products and growing with us, we would love to have you be part of our team.
Candidates must be a skilled metal fabricator, not just a welder. Previous fabrication necessary.
Qualified applicants must be able to pass a TIG welding test on site.
Any photos of previous fabrication jobs are a plus. (please send along with application or resume)

Wood Worker

We are currently hiring for a Wood Worker at our wood shop located in Fairfield, Maine. If you’re interested in growing with us, we would love to have you be part of our team.
Do you have carpentry experience making furniture and like to work with your hands? This may be the job for you. We are branching out and have started to make tables and benches, along with many more ideas we are looking to explore with wood and metal.
